What You Get:
- Pre-Event Preparation:
- We’ll collaborate on your vision for the drawing, provide regular updates on its progress, and finalize the sketch before the event.
- During the Event:
- Live drawing setup tailored to your event
- Archival, professional-grade, hand-drawn artwork (unframed)
- Graphite and charcoal drawing on 100% cotton paper that is acid and OBA-free
- An engaging, interactive experience for your guests
- Post-Event Care:
- Final touches will be added, and a protective sealant will be applied to preserve the artwork.
- The completed artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to you after the event.
Terms and Conditions:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refunds (excluding the deposit) are available if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the event. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in a 50% refund (excluding deposit).
- The artist will arrive 1 hour before the scheduled start time to set up and prepare for the session. If additional setup time is required, it will be discussed in advance.
- For events that extend beyond the booked time, additional hours will be subject to extra fees.
- Travel & accommodation fees will apply for any event held outside Metro Manila and will be covered by the client.
- The client must provide a suitable space for the artist to work (e.g., a table, chairs, adequate lighting).
- The client agrees to allow photos and video of the live art process for promotional use (optional clause based on consent).
